Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 September 2026

This policy explains how DigitalMail (digitalmail.bid) and the applications and services we operate (together, the "Services") handle personal information.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Services. This may include contact details you provide through a form on this site, technical information such as browser type and IP address recorded in standard server logs, and, where you choose to connect a third-party account, the data that account makes available to us.

Connected Google accounts

Some of our applications can be connected to a Google account with the account holder's explicit consent. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar events and Google Contacts. This access is used only to carry out the tasks the account holder requests. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Google API Services

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

How information is used and stored

Information is processed on infrastructure we control and is used solely to provide and improve the Services. It is retained only as long as necessary for that purpose, or as required by law, and is protected by reasonable technical and organisational measures.

Third-party providers

To deliver the Services we may use third-party providers such as hosting, email delivery and data-processing services. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and process it under their own terms and applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time using the form below. Access granted to a connected Google account can be withdrawn at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
